Experience gravity defying comfort on the SIMBA titanium Aerocoil® spring layer.

These tiny cones of comfort are the key to our incredible, upper comfort layer; they’re our pride and joy. They’re smaller and slimmer than the typical, rather tall and bulky bed spring, because they’re made from super-strong titanium; using this magic metal means even a micro size (25mm high with a thickness gauge of 0.9mm, which is the size of a very thin paperclip) gives you the support you need, but being so small and fine you won’t feel a single one.

You’ll find up to 5,000 of these ingenious springs nestling in our mattresses; each individual Aerocoil® spring flexes gently in response to you and your partner’s movements, offering personalised support to each of you without disturbing the other. And as they compress and extend with you, they gently push air through the comfort layer, helping to keep you at just the right temperature.

Being too hot at night is an absolute no-no for great sleep. That’s why we designed our fantastic Simbatex foam; it’s an ‘open cell’ foam, which allows thirty times the airflow of memory foam (that’s almost breezy for a bed). On top of that our sleep scientists have infused it with a naturally occurring mineral called graphite; this draws heat away from your body.

And you thought foam was just, well, foam? Not in our book.

We are founding members of BRC climate action roadmap. All Simba mattresses are made in the UK in zero waste factories from 100% recyclable materials, reducing air miles in the process. Our foam is CertiPUR® verified and free from dyes and heavy metals. Nothing is sent to landfill and all waste is recycled or repurposed into other products – like dog beds and carpet underlay!

Our packaging is up to 60% recycled and from approved FSC sources, plus all our deliveries are 100% carbon neutral. We use sustainable materials and processes across our range including BCI cotton and siliconised fibres from plastic bottles.
